In accordance with employment contracts,

your personal data are collected by Bureau Veritas S.A, having its registered office at Immeuble Newtime, 40/52 Boulevard du Parc - 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine - France, and are subject to computer processing in order to launch and monitor (i) Annual compliance declaration campaigns, (ii) requests for the approval of certain operations (gifts, donations, sponsorships...), requests to enter into business relations with certain business partners and (iii) collection of values relating to the Group's property insurance, in accordance with employment contracts. Your personal data are intended for Bureau Veritas Legal Network (Compliance Officers and affiliates). They will be retained for a period of 3 years regarding compliance requests, and for the period of the employment contract for personal data (name, surname, mail). Your personal data will be transferred outside the European Union, on the basis of Bureau Veritas internal rules and made in conjunction with the EU regulations on personal data, which is available on request, by requesting it on: https://personaldataprotection.bureauveritas.com. Fields marked with an asterisk must be filled in. Otherwise, Bureau Veritas S.A. would not be able to fulfil its legal obligations. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended and the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, you have the right to access, rectify and erase any personal data concerning you, as well as the right to limit the processing, the right to oppose to the processing or the right to portability of your personal data. You also have the right to set out general and specific guidelines that define how you intend these rights to be exercised after your death.
